Week 1

Team design

We scope the pod with you: team size, seniority mix, disciplines, timezone requirements, and tooling. You approve the composition before anyone is assigned.

Week 1-2

Candidate selection

We pull from our 500+ engineer network and present shortlisted candidates. You interview and approve every member of your pod.

Week 2-3

Onboarding and ramp

We handle contracts, tooling setup, and onboarding logistics. Engineers join your standups in week two and are productive by week three.

Every sprint

Ongoing delivery

Your pod runs on your sprint cadence. Weekly velocity reporting, monthly reviews, and a MetaSys account manager available if anything needs adjusting.

How the pod actually runs day to day.

  • Your tools, not ours

    Engineers use your Jira, Linear, GitHub, Slack, and Notion. No new software to adopt. No portal to log into.

  • Your timezone, not Lahore time

    We staff for 6-hour US overlap by default. Morning standups in EST are standard. Fully async available on request.

  • You manage the work, we manage the team

    Your product manager or engineering lead owns the backlog. MetaSys handles HR, payroll, compliance, and performance management underneath.

  • Weekly velocity reporting

    You get a sprint summary every Friday: points delivered, PRs merged, blockers cleared, and what is planned for next week.

  • No long-term lock-in

    Minimum 3-month engagement. After that, month-to-month with 30 days notice. We earn your business every sprint.

  • Scale up or down in 2 weeks

    Need to add two engineers for a crunch? Done in two weeks. Need to reduce after a funding round? Same notice period. No penalties.
