Own day-to-day people operations for our growing Lahore team. You will run recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee records, and act as the first point of contact for HR questions across a fast-scaling engineering organization.

What you will do

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interview scheduling
  • Run new-hire onboarding and maintain employee documentation and records
  • Track attendance, leave, and HR policy compliance
  • Support performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives
  • Be the first point of contact for employee HR queries

What we need

  • 2+ years of HR generalist or HR executive experience
  • Familiarity with recruitment coordination and onboarding processes
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with HRIS or applicant tracking tools
  • Clear written and verbal English communication

Generate and qualify pipeline for our AI systems and logistics services teams. You will run outbound prospecting, qualify inbound leads, and book discovery calls for our architects and account leads.

What you will do

Join our in-house dispatch team handling US-market freight. You will manage load assignments, communicate with carriers and brokers, and keep freight moving for our logistics clients.

What you will do

  • Manage load assignments and dispatch across US lanes
  • Communicate with carriers, brokers, and shippers by phone and email

  • Maintain accurate records in TMS and load board systems

What we need

  • Comfortable working across Figma or the Adobe Creative Suite
