1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using metasysltd.com (the “Site”) or by engaging MetaSys Limited (a collective brand name representing METASYS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, METASYS LOGISTICS PRIVATE LIMITED, and METASYS SOLUTIONS LLC — together referred to as “MetaSys”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site or engage MetaSys for any service. By continuing to use the Site after any revisions to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the updated version.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Services Description

MetaSys provides AI transformation consulting, software engineering, agentic AI system development, data platform engineering, cloud and DevOps engineering, and global capability center services to enterprise and growth-stage clients.

The Site is used to present information about MetaSys services, accept inquiries and consultation requests, and provide access to resources including articles and case studies.

Specific service terms, deliverables, pricing, and timelines are defined in individual engagement contracts or statements of work agreed between MetaSys and the client. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding service agreement unless confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of MetaSys.

3. Website Use

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. By using the Site, you agree that you will not:

• Scrape, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Site without written permission from MetaSys
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any database or network connected to the Site

MetaSys reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that MetaSys believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, MetaSys, or third parties.

All content on metasysltd.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of MetaSys or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark laws.

The MetaSys name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of MetaSys. You may not use these marks without prior written permission from MetaSys.

You may view and print content from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices. Any other reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works from Site content requires prior written permission from MetaSys.

5. Inquiry and Form Submissions

By submitting any form on our website, including contact forms, consultation booking requests, and proposal requests, you:

• Confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge
• Consent to be contacted by MetaSys via email, phone, SMS, or WhatsApp regarding your inquiry, in accordance with any consent options selected on the form
• Understand that form submission initiates a review process but does not constitute a binding contract or commitment by either party
• Acknowledge that MetaSys is not obligated to respond to all inquiries or to engage with every prospective client

6. SMS and Communication Consent

By submitting your phone number via any MetaSys form and providing explicit consent via the SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive text messages (SMS) and WhatsApp messages from MetaSys Ltd. as described in our Privacy Policy, Section 3.4.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Message frequency varies based on your engagement with MetaSys. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any MetaSys text message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact hello@metasysltd.com.

You are not required to consent to SMS communications as a condition of receiving any service from MetaSys.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

MetaSys does not warrant that:

• The Site will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times
• Defects or errors will be corrected
• The Site or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the Site or MetaSys services will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, METASYS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on or through the Site
• Any other matter relating to the Site

In no event shall MetaSys's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to use of the Site exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid by you to MetaSys in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, MetaSys's liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Missouri, United States, except where prohibited by applicable law.

For users located in the United Kingdom, applicable UK law applies to the extent that it conflicts with these Terms, including UK consumer protection regulations. For EU users, applicable EU law and the mandatory provisions of your country of residence may also apply.

METASYS SOLUTIONS LLC (for US clients), METASYS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (for Pakistan), and METASYS LOGISTICS PRIVATE LIMITED (for logistics services) operate under the laws of their respective jurisdictions.

10. Changes to Terms

MetaSys reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page when changes are made.

Your continued use of the Site after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
